black smith welding machine builders service
I recently bought a blacksmith welding machine from builder carnival mall...product was faulty i took it just after 7 days .They refuse to refund me saying they have to send it back to the supplier to check if all the part are their before refunding ...they said it will take a week.. .now after almost 3 weeks they came back saying it was repaired but they cant do a refund

Apologize for the late reply.
I have gotten feedback from the store manager saying that they have advised you that they cannot refund you for the item as it was not a factory fault.
They can only sent it away for it to be repaired for you. JF
