Bitter Builders Warehouse!

I recently purchased a product online via the builders website. It was a bennet read smart flask in which was not in stock in any of their stores. I selected to order it through Builders Riverhorse Valley and proceeded with payment. Upon checking the online tracking for my product it gives me a status of cancelled and another one of in progress yet they both are on the same order number! I’ve been in contact with 3 agents from the customer care who were unable to help me whatsoever as the response I kept receiving was that they could not reach builders riverhorse valley. I was also told that I will get feedback on the matter in 2 hours then I was promised to receive a call back and none of that was true as till now I’m waiting to hear back from them on the correct status of my order. In addition this was meant to be delivered on the 09/12/2021. I’ve still not received it nor have I had any communication since from builders notifying me of the delay or even a possible refund. I’ve spend tons of money on airtime only to be told they will call me back and they can’t reach the store in Riverhorse Valley. Absolutely disappointment!
