Birthday voucher is a lie.

On the 20th of January (17days ago) I recieved an R200 birthday voucher. It didn't work for whatever reason. I called and I was told I would receive a new voucher by the 24th of Jan (13 days ago). I have followed up numerous times and I keep being told they are working on it, on other occasions my email goes ignored. To be honest, I don't want the voucher anymore. It's the principle. You just don't do that - I've looked at most of the reviews and people are complaining about the same thing. It's essentially a ****
