BIGGEST *******

I placed an order on the 11th Feb paid and everything. The order was meant to be delivered on the 15th. I noticed it says in progress so I called spoke to a consultant I'll phone you back.... No call... I phoned this morning spoke to another consultant will phone you within 2 hours, guess what NO PHONE CALL!!!! I phoned again explained I would rather have the order refunded manager will phone in 10min... GUESS WHAT NO PHONE CALL. YOU ARE THE BIGGEST ******* MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN. NO ONE CAN GET HOLD OF MANAGERS NO ONE CAN GET HOLD OF THE STORE... DISGUSTING ID RATHER GP TO LEROY MERLIN.
