Big Bad Builders Warehouse - enough!

What is it with Builders Warehouse staff??? They have no knowledge of the goods they sell. You explain what you are looking for and merely tell you that they do not sell it. Only later in the very aisle, I find what I am looking amongst poorly merchandised shelfs. Then you compare the prices, they are almost double the price for the same item sold by local hardware and the likes of Leroy Merlin. Shame on you! But wait...then you proceed to pay at the tills and here one find 20-tills but only staffed by 1 or 2 persons. Builders The Glen, you don't need or want my business (operate as a engineering company) and in furture, I would rather suffer the additional fuel costs and buy at Leroy Merlin. Go there....you could learn a thing or two about professional service and offerings.
