Beyond poor service.

Honestly the store people were very helpful. The only part of the business which is beyond poor customer service is the delivery people. They turned Infront of my home and said they can't carry the cement because it's very far. I mean my home is not on the but this thing of saying it far was truly diabolical. You can tell if someone doesn't have the willingness to help and that is exactly what the delivery people did. They went as far as taking a video to substantiate the fact that it far and they cannot carry the cement to my home. Worse they had a trolley in the truck and am not sure if they couldn't use it.
