BEWARE OF BUILDERS WAREHOUSE PRICING BEING WRONG

I purchased spray paint (Rust 0 Leum) from BW and was horribly overcharged. Shelf price was R215, charged R239, shelf price R239, charged R468, final charge R909 (inc a R12 pencil). I only picked this up at home and when I called got told, sure, come back and we will refund you. 1. I have to get in my car, use my fuel and my time to have their mistake corrected. 2. Teller still argued that only the one price was incorrect, did not even apologise when they saw it was all 3. 3. When I mentioned that other people who may not have picked this up need to be contacted, they merely dismissed it, saying it was a system error. 4. I feel that I need to be re-imbursed for the inconvenience, time and fuel for their mistake, but nothing was offered, just a "sorry".

Their entire attitude is dismissive and sadly, nothing will get done, as they are a huge corporation and don't care about the individual, regardless that it is the individual that keep them in business.
