Beware! Builders Warehouse Northriding - concrete stock brick vs cement stock brick

I've been ordering concrete stock bricks this year from Builders Warehouse Northriding store at the cost of R1,89 each, yet this store has been delivering the cheap Cement Stock Brick Eco (210 X 70 X 105mm) which costs R1.49 each at other BW branches. Upon querying this with in-store managers, their argument is that their store does not carry stock of the more expensive regularly sized 220mm long R1.89 concrete stock brick but only carries stock of the cheaply manufactured, poor quality, 210mm long R1.49 cement stock brick, and that they will not refund the difference in price to me, and that they won't entertain any customer claims regarding this. Take note of this when you're ordering stock bricks from Builders Warehouse.
