Best way to describe going the extra mile in customer service...

On Saterday 01 of December I went to builders in Gezina to purchase one of the black Friday specials, which I was unsuccessful to purchase online. I went to the gardening section, and approached two staff members who told me that the product was put of stock and to try purchasing online, I explained that I did try but it was unsuccessful. They did not know how to help , but just as we were about to give up, this lady passing heard some of the conversation and immediately took charge and served us so effeciently, it was unbelievable. As it was almost closing time, she took my number, and promised to get back to me the next day, needless to say, I am a very happy customer...I can only remember her name because of Salome in the bible...what an extroadinary lady. Best customer service, I have received all year round!!!
