Where do I begin? let me see. you guys are AWESOME! I have never experienced such from a dealer.

So this is what happened, I had bought a aircooler/heater in January, in June it started to on only give out the cool air only and not the heater. I returned it since it was under warranty. I then explained to the lady that was assisting me.

with easy and a smile on her face, she processed it and asked that I wait for a few minutes and she came back with a slip saying I can buy anything that I would like in store or get my cash back at the till.

I was with my wife and we were both shocked coz we had thought this was going to be a hassle, maybe they would've asked if we did not break it or switched on Humidify whilst on heater and they will need to send it for repairs and quote us like the other companies do. But no! with builders it was so effortless and great!

I must say, from now on all my hardware stuff I will be buying it from them. I love you guys and thank you.
