Best customer care ever...
I had bought a generator in Southgate and thought it was faulty,I was frustrated only to find out that I didnt pour oil ,Dumisani drove all the way to my place in SkyCity to check the problem,he pured the oil and problem was solved, little did I know that it required oil , if he did'nt come my generator was going to be damaged and I doubt if the supplier was going to replace it. I appreciate the customer care and treating the complaints with a high level of priority, Dumisani is the best, I will always buy in Southgate , he is so good with customer care, Southgate keep up the good work ..
