Been waiting for nearly two months for delivery, still nothing!

I bought a microwave from Builders Express Hillcrest on Black Friday, its' now 18 Jan, almost two months later, and no microwave. I call weekly to be told, "Our buyer said we will be getting stock next week." Well.... I phoned again yesterday only to be told that the buyer has actually resigned. Not only do I not have my product, but I have no communication from them, it's always me having to call them for updates. The quality of service and ability to supply is beyond appalling.
