Been taken for a ride, just to change a contact number

I have been trying to change my contact number for the OTP, however on my profile its changed but on their system it still shows the old number, have visited Builders Glen Eagles and Southgate more that 4 times. Made contact with the contact centre, was assured that the number has changed, but it was never done. Today I called again before noon, was told that an email will be sent to show that the number has changed, I'm still waiting. I just need my refund don't know why I cant be refunded in the message i used to pay, Builders decided to load onto profile.
