Daylight ******s, waiting for my refund for 2 months now, posted on hello peter just over 2 weeks back and still did not get help, all i receive everytime i complain is they have escalated it, it does not take 2 months to return someones money, takes 5 seconds to take my money but more than 2 months to return it.

I am going to be posting everyday going forward regarding my terrible experience with you guys until you ******* return my money. Next up is facebook, instagram and twitter, people need to know about you guys.

Please dont get one of your customer care agents to respond to me to tell me its escalated because i got that about 16 times now. Stop robbing hardworking people. especially someone that used every cent they earned for the last 4 months by you guys to renovate my house.
