Be Not taking responsibility

I went to the store in Glen Eagles Johannesburg to have my bathroom cabinet glass door cut to size as the one I had on came loose fell and broke. So I removed the existing door as a sample of what I would like to have done. This was kept by the store and sent to a 3rd party vendor to have done. Upon collecting the door I noticed that the door was not the same size and requested it to be done correctly. A day later I get a call from a gentleman named Malcom from the 3rd party informing me that I will be held liable for the new door as my spesifications was incorrect. Yet I gave them the door to use as a template as the gentleman at builders warehouse requested.
