I have an account at Builders in Knysna . I went to buy on it last week and was told it was blocked. Phoned the accounts department who said it was all in order, I could buy on the account. Went in today to buy again —- account blocked.🤬 Waited for an hour while a manager tried to sort it out . Seems as though there was no one at head office to answer phones or emails USELESS !!!!! This is not the first time either - (the reason for me being so angry) Last year it took 4 months and continuous following up to sort the problem out !!!! Useless *********** stafff and computers.
