Barry at Builders is the Best

I rushed into buliders express with a list from our plumbers who had forgotten to bring their tools - I really didn't know what I was looking for but Barry looked at the list, personally got the stock off the shelf, and sorted me out in no time at all . He was smiling, and calm and very efficient. When I was at the till I saw him onto the next customer to happily assist - Builders Warehouse could do with a few Barry's.
