Baffling incompetency by Builders

I would like to order 2 cans of a specific paint that is not in stock in George. I cannot call George as they don't have a line and one gets through to the national call centre. The call centre advises one to buy online. Now, if George is the selected store, the 'Add to Cart' is not available for either Pickup or Delivery. Therefore there is no way to order the stock from George. The other options they provide is to pick it up somewhere else (which in this case is driving 450km to go pick it up in Cape Town) or wait till they have it in stock. There is no way Builders can send stock to George from a different branch. The call centre doesn't believe me when I say one cannot purchase it from George and on several occassions told me that one can do it online. I asked the last guy to please check for himself and he confirmed it is not possible. How on earth in this day and age, can I neither online, nor telephonically just ask to order 2 cans of paint to be picked up in George? So baffling.
