Bad unfriendly staff, more than once.

I have NEVER had decent service from Builders Warehouse in Strubens Valley. Most of the staff couldn't give a damn. I have sent numerous emails to their head office complaining about the lack of service. They are rude, don't care to help and won't even greet a person. I am super glad that Chamberlains and Leroy Merlin are now just around the corner.
