Bad treatment of customet by a Builder's telker (Crescent) and het superior Nicole

On Wednesday 2 September I got to a lady teller(Anisha?) at builders Crescent. I realised I needed nails- instead of her getting someone to fetch them for me or getting them herself she pointed to which isle I could find them without ringing up my many items purchased. When I returned she had rudely pushed my trolly aside. When I complained she rudely said she had to serve the next customer ( which she failed to ask me if I minded) which is absurd as I was in front. The teller next to her was free but she said she could only take hand held items and refused to accommodate me knowing I was already upset. I am disabled and shop there often and feel that both teller ladies were rude and lacked empathy. They would do better working with dead people than living customers who pay there salary.. I complained to Builders via email and git a disgusting and unprofessional response from Nicole- she rep**** "I can understand the teller having to serve the next customer whilst waiting for you". Dumfounded by her total lack of empathy for a customer. Not happy customer
