Bad to worse

I bought a Lawnmower from Builders on the 12th of February 2024, the first time I used it was the 16th of Feb where the front wheel bracket broke, took it to Builders worcester on the 17th. The offered no refund, no exchange. Just the Builders policy is the send it to trim tech for repairs.

Today the 29th of Feb I got a phone call that the part that is broken needs to be ordered and they will let me know when it's back at Builders worcester.

The whole experience is a "we don't care" attitude from Builders warehouse. They have 2 of the same models in store but wouldn't even think about using that part from it or to exchange the lawnmower.

I payed hard earned money on the 12th of February and till today, 17 days later I could only use it once.

Fast to take my money but slow to help when they sell a faulty product.
