Bad tempered worker at BWH Newcastle

I don't know why a customer should be treated this way!!!

My father was at Builders Warehouse Newcastle this morning (2020-06-01@11:00) looking for a sink accessory, he went to the department searching for the accessory. There stands a black worker, so he went ahead and asked him if they sell the specific accessory, he responded with a very bad attitude and said that the accessory is only sold in set and cannot be sold individually. Next moment, he saw a plastic bag, with accessories in it which was ripped open (not the one we are looking for), he then confronted my dad with an extremely bad attitude and tone: DID YOU DO THIS?? My dad was extremely furious and asked him: Why do you say it me? Are you looking down on me? The worker just kept quiet. My dad then done his shopping and left.
