Bad telephonic attitude.

Telphonicaly these people have no ethics. I got patched through to the plumbing devision at the northgate branch only to end up speeking to nobody but could here people talking in the background nevermind that it a call with a client on the phone they talked for 5 whole minutes then when finally saying hello how can I help you I responded as to what I was looking for then got handed to somebody else who acted as if they can not hear me just after the other person heard me very clearly. And still got no service. All of the sudden click they put the phone down in my ear. What terrible service and attitude they have. I will not recommend anybody to do business with them again after this experience.
