Bad sloppy service, no accountability

Their service is very poor, bought gutters on Saturday at Builders The Glen branch, they promised to deliver on Monday. l followed up on Monday they promised to deliver Tuesday morning, its now midday and i have called then 20 times, i have to pay the guys for nothing coz they charged me per day which is from yesterday and the material still did not arrive
