Bad shopping experience from Builders Warehouse Rivonia

I have visited Builders Warehouse Rivonia three times now, thinking the bad customer service the first time was just an off day but it has been constantly bad on all three occasions.

The staff actively avoids customers seeking assistance and when you get someone's attention you can see the pure inconvenience and unwillingness in their attitude and they run away the first opportunity they get to avoid more questions. They brand representatives from Ryobi and Bosch was more helpful than builder's own payed employees.

I wish to see drastic improvement in service as the store is the most conveniently located and I don't want to start off my Saturday mornings by struggling with rude staff.
