bad servive

I went to buy building materials on the 27/09/2015 these includes interlocks bricks, door frame, paints. Etc. I was helped buy Dingaan mo***eng he was very helpful and friendly. He told me they will deliver on tuesday on da 29/09/2015 .it was not deliver up until I called the store on satarday the 03/10/2015,I spoke to Neo, I asked her the reason for not delivering she ddnt have any reason why. She then told me they will deliver that sataday and sunday because the deliver truck is too small for all the material, I accepted that . Then sunday 3 palets of interlocks bricks where delivered.2 were left to be delivered on monday including plaster sand. So on monday I decided to personaly go to the store n find out. I spoke to the young male incharge of delivery, he told me they were aware n they will deliver on the day, arond 4oclock in theI called him, he told me they ddnt have the bricks.im realy disapointed by the service I received.n today im still waiting. I hope professionalism and honesty be enforced within the staff.
