Bad services and sleeping staff

Your staff and service at Builders warehouse strubensvalley is appauling. We get there to hire a trolley at talisman and the staff member is sleeping. We got there just past 10 and only left 10:55 it takes almost an hour to just hire a trolley then we go to the back to collect the trolley and the security guard is sleeping. The only reason I would return to this place is to take a nap cause it seems that's all this place is good for. You guys need to up your game because the service at your competitors like Chamberlains and Leroy Merilyn are much better!
