Bad service Warehouse

<p>Everytime we leave this premisis we are unhappy purely down to service. This store is on par with the retailer Game which we never enter after consistent bad, rude service.</p> <p>Today we were at Builders Norgate Cape Town where we once again had to hunt for an employee to help us and when we found the employee they would hand us off to someone else which could take up to half an hour. When i recieved the help i asked for them to check the price on two products after i had checked the shelf price which was not on the shelf for the specific products. They proceeded to look at me as if it was a pain to assist so they proceed to look themselves at the shelf price which is not there. Eventually that got back to me.</p> <p>Second experienece i asked for more assistance and was palmed off and had to wait 20mins for someone.</p> <p>Third experience, we were the only people in the queue so we were waiting to be called to a till but this did not happen. The cashiers were having a huge chin-wag completely ignoring us so i slowly walked toward them expecting a 'Hi you may come to me' nothing. Someone woman just arrives behind us and goes straight through to a cashier.</p> <p>A cashier eventually calls me and i immediately press her bad service button on her counter to which she shrieks 'Thats for me!' I said i don't care i have received poor service to which she raises her eyebrows at me gives me a 'death stare'. She scans the stuff then stares at me and says nothing. So we are now staring at eachother to which i say are you going to ask for payment????? while she is still giving me the death stare. </p> <p>I ask for the manager who is behind her counter having a great convo with four people and is on her phone ( yes her mobile not work phone). She walks over all happy and by this time i felt irritated, she asked for my details to which i said no i will contact your company.</p> <p>On my way out leaving in a huff some guy stops me and says you can't take small trolleys outside. I said to him who are you to which he rep**** i am security. He was wearing jeans and a jersey.</p> <p>Worst customer service ever will never step foot in that place again. Always bad service. Not the only customer to have had the bad experinece. I will spread the word of the bad service until i hear good reviews. </p> <p>Builders you need to seriously look at proper training of your staff. Too many people walking around with hands in pockets, beenies half on and caps being worn with their store uniform and their attitudes stin****!</p>
