Bad Service: Unhappy with the Plaster sand

I recently purchased plaster sand from Builders Warehouse Centurion, but unfortunately the quality of the sand supp**** was extremely poor. It honestly did not look like plaster sand at all. I contacted the store to raise my concern and initially spoke to a gentleman named Richard, who then referred me to the manager responsible for sand, Tlhako Mathinyane. Richard provided me with Tlhako’s contact details so I could discuss the issue directly. When I called him and explained the problem, he showed little interest in assisting. Even after explaining the situation, he repeatedly asked what the call was about and behaved as if he couldn’t hear what I was saying. The conversation ended with him simply saying he was not at the store. This experience was very disappointing, especially because this store has always been my go-to place for building materials and tools. Poor quality materials combined with poor customer service is unacceptable. I hope the store management takes this seriously and improves both the quality of materials supp**** and the way customer complaints are handled.
