Bad service shocking service

I bought a washing machine from builders online and it has been the worst experience i ever had in my life and i will never do it again i would like to let other people know to never ever buy online with builders, I bought a washing machine on the 19 August 2019 and i still do not have a washing machine and the way the online people lie to you the one guys tells me the machine was picked up from Boksburg and will be delivered to Bedford this morning 17 September, today i am told its still in Boksburg what a joke and this is how it goes everyday, I have paid for the machine in full and i am still waiting, Please guys do not ever buy from builders online you WILL REGRET IT trust me, i suppose i can give the machine to my wife for a Christmas present and hope it will be for 2019 (builders warehouse what a joke) if they do reply they will say i have escalated the matter??????????
