Bad service recieved

I bought PVC Ceiling on the 17th of June ,still havent got my delivery.No1 has called from the store to inform me,even after personally going to the store last Thursday on Friday only to call and aak where my delivery was only to be told it was deliveres to wrong customer.The worst thing is that im the one constantly calling and no assistance or communication from their side.I am still waiting????
