Bad Service Received

I bought cadac slinder in April 2024 at Builders Mayibuye. Refilled the slinder with them and kept all slips. To my suprise on Friday (28 Nov), i took it in for refill n i was told the slinder doesn't refill, i have to book it in for service. I had highlighted the importance of slinder as i use it full time, they said it should take 3 working days. Booked it in for service, left my numbers. To date no call no feedback. This is the 2nd week n i am very disappointed by bith cadac and builders for the experience.
