Bad service on the floor in

Morning,

I was this weekend again at Builders Warehouse Revonia, what a disaster. The people on the floor does not help and when u just press them they say not their section. When u find someone to help they not knowledgable about their section and long story short : they all just standing around on their phones and look busy and talk.

Where was the days that someone helps. Their stall is the worst I ever seen. I be happy to change to go to competition it’s an extra drive but the experience just over the last few months just dropped.
