BAD SERVICE ON MANAGEMENT SIDE (ONLINE )

im so sad that builderswarehouse in atterbury branch,treat me bad.there was an advert of univa stove silver colour on special then i went to enquire they told me ,i must buy online ,i did so. it been almost a month now and i visited the store twice to enquire about my delivery ,only to get excuses and apologies that those product you bought on online only 2 product arrived at the store and the oven is not available till today, they are out of stock and the supplier do not have stock,how long must i wait ???NO SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM AND IS THIS REALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE ?? I BOUGHT THE WHOLE SET CASH ,NOW THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ME ??? I DONT THINK AND ADVICE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO BUY AT BUILDERSWARE
