Bad Service No stock

I ordered and paid For washing machine on 3rd of March 2023 Builder's website.however, I receive a call from them to let me know there isn't stock. They will have stock after 2 weeks then i waited up until month end so i had to do follow up was told still no stock then i asked for them to cancel it then i was told its was canceled so i can go to any branch to take my my cash when i get their was told its not canceled and was told i will get forms to fill in and certify my ID copy to they can send back my money .why should i go through so much admin i called them was told i will get my refund after 7 days they didnt even ask for my banking details im soo not happy Bad service
