Bad service nd Product Knowledge

Good day I am highly disappointed with the level of service that I received from one of your stores. I went to builders express to buy a Spanish Gold paint nd the paid an amount of R2 298.00 for a paint that is not even close to the one on my house. Frankly it has changed the look of my house to what I don't like. I kept on asking for a a card sample for the paint showed the guy the current paint of the house. He insisted that he knows the colour. He took out the colours needed to mix the paint nd put one yellow paint back nd never added it. Because I have requested the paint ur slip s terms and conditions says it can't be returned. But the colour is not even close to what I have on the walls. I went back to the store to show them nd they could see that the paint is not well mixed. Now I need another 20L Spanish gold paint. I'm not sure whether to trust builders warehouse any more. Apparently he has moved to another branch. I m forced to live in the house that I dont like anymore.I wish you could send one of your reps to come and see what he turned my house into.
