Bad service in cutting room

I have sent in a cutting list yesterday, for a oven cupboard. I was assisted by Mr Allister Opperman and he was excellent, but informs me that the person in the cutting room says that the boards will only be ready on Monday. It is a relatively small cupboard and i must wait 3 days for it. I have sent emails to Mr Stanley Potts and their online service, but no one is responding.
