Bad service I have ever experienced in my life at builder warehouse Riverhorse

Customer service at builders, regardless of where they are located is terrible. On a few occasions at builder Riverhorse I have the worst service any person could get especially the bath room department were you have to wait for hours before some attends to assist you, when asking for help you are pointed to every one but they just ignore you point blank, needless to say the dispatch where they take your recipient and leave for hours. This is a full 2 to 3 hours if you are in a hurry do not go there. The manager have no care to deal with the situation as well. Just sit listen to you complaining and do nothing. Will never go back there and spend my money at a company where they don't Value there Customers!
