Bad service, George Builders must be the worst branch I ever shopped at!!!!

So so bad service, arranged to take paint back as it was either old or just a very bad product, sent photo, spoke to George branch, arrange the return, drove 60 km. but when I arrived, the front desk does not even great you, waited 20 min, then ask for management, the person then reply they cannot refund, tried calling again to speak to the manager of George Builders, hold on 7 min and then the phone call was dropped, this is typical after service, will never buy from any Builders ever again. Wonder if I will ever receive my refund, so shocking.
