Bad Service from staff

Standing in a queue with a small pack of grout at the contractors section for almost 20 minutes Lebogang and Bilia both sitting at open tills. I'm wait6ing since I m under the impression it must go through the other coutner first and then that person tells me I could have gone to them directly!!!!!<br> <br> What a useless pathetic attitude does these staff have at the Kempton Branch!<br> <br> I will only accept formal action and no apologies!<br> <br> <br>
