Bad service from Russell sales manager at builders Kwa-Thema Tonk Meter

Builders Tonk Meter Kwa-Thema, I got bad service Russell who was sales manager advised me on purchasing Miami doors and paid on the 15th of December, till this day I don't have my doors, he moved to another builders said he will speak to the store manager, till this day that was not done, I m not getting response now those doors cost R949 which is double the price, he did not order those doors as promised when their warehouse opened, if he did I would have got my doors on time, I don't want that money I want my 3 doors.
