BUILDERS WAREHOUSE NEWCASTLE , Bad service from Phumelele from Newcastle Builders warehouse. My mother paid for paint on the 29th July but she haven't receive the paint up until today.No one called to update her about her paint that she paid for. IT IS A CONCERN THAT ON FRIDAY SHE WENT TO THE SHOP TO FOLLOW UP BUT SHE WAS NOT ASSISTED BECAUSE PHUMELELE WAS ON LEAVE SO NO ONE COULD ASSIST HER. She cameback home with no paint. This is the pensioner that is being send to pillar to post. BAD SERVICE . After she followed up she was told to reverse that payment.
