Bad Service from Moses Lolwana

I feel like it is very important to match the right people with the right right jobs. There is a gentlement at Builders Northriding by the name of Moses Lolwana. I still wonder how he got to be a manager with such pathetic service he dishes out to clients. on the 27th April i bought rhino ceiling boards together with the connecting strips. I spent a cool R3 200 for those items. We completed the installation of the ceiling on the 01 may 2021 and sadly i was left with 1 ceiling board together with 7 connecting strips. When i got to builders to return the goods, i was met with a very rude Moses Lolwana who just refused to take the ceiling board back, claiming that it was damaged. This is the same gentleman who made me to take a decision to stop going to Builders Cosmo City because he refused to give me my off cut when it was nowhere to be seen. I eventually got my off cut after the intervention of Thabo (one of the Store Managers). These are the kinda of individuals that make one to decide to set any foot near a builders outlet. To put it into pespective, i attach the pictures of the damage that he claims was the reason he could not take the Ceiling Board.
