Bad service from Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley

On 17 February I went to Builders Warehouse and made a purchase. After I had inserted my card into the card machine and completed the transaction the tellers system went down. I was sure that the transation had gone through but she insisted I put it through again. The second time I entered the transaction it did come through on my phone. Late that same night I received notification from my bank that the first transaction had also gone through. I went to sort it out early the next day and the floor manager insisted I get a bank statement (for R198?) and only then would they be willing to resolve the issue - this is besides the fact that I used my loyalty card twice and the transaction would also have reflected on the card. Was so angry at the response that I returned my loyalty card to her and told her I would not set foot in a Builders Warehouse again. This particular branch is very badly run and the staff have always been unhelpful
