Bad Service from Builders Warehouse Paarl

I returned a default Bosch drill to Builders Warehouse Paarl. I was told that they have to return it to Bosch for repairs as it was still under warrantee. Two months later and still no replacement or repaired drill. I'm being told that Bosch is waiting for parts to repair the drill. This has been ongoing since 24 March 2022. I find it very difficult to believe that a big company like Bosch does not have parts to repair the drill???? If I look at the negative feedback regarding Builders Warehouse it makes sense why I'm not getting my issue resolved!!! Also not a good reflection on Bosch, if the Builders story is to believed. . . . .
