Bad service from Builders Warehouse online.

I ordered something on the 17th September. When the order was confirmed it said the purchase would arrive in 2 to 5 days. It's now the 27th September and I have not yet received my purchase. We phoned twice and asked them to deliver by Friday as we will be out of town from early Monday morning. No communication whatsoever from their end.

The email stating it would take 2 to 5 days was also very inaccurate. I am so disappointed with the service. I don't recommend ordering online.
