BAD SERVICE FROM BUILDERS WAREHOUSE IN ZAMBEZI FROM HELLEN MAHESO

I went to Builders warehouse in Zambezi on the 16th of November 2024 to buy the wood skatings for my house , 4 of them. The guys who were putting them for me advised that i bought the wrong once, I had to return them. I immediately drove back to return them as I am just staying near by. Just when i was entering the entrance door, one of them accidentally broke at the conner. I walked in and explain to the lady in the name of HELLEN MAHESO what happened as of when I was walking in and she gave me so much attitude and said to me 'what is she gonna do with it if i want her to take it back', I tried to explain to her what happened and that it happened right at their entrance while walking in, she did not want to listen to me instead she gave me stingy attitude

What a bad customer service i received, i have been buying building materials from builders since I bought my house in 2019 and this was my first time experiencing this NONSENSE OF SERVICE and I will never bother to buy anything from them.
