Bad service from Builders Warehouse in Milnerton

I ordered white laminate boards to be cut and edged from Builders in Sunningdale, Milnerton Cape Town. I ordered this on 3 and 10 Jan 2024.Initially I was told that the blades are blunt due to silly season they need to wait for the businesses to open. Should be about a week. Went in 2 weeks later to ask what is happening so now out of stock on the wood. Went in again Friday 3 Feb now out of stock on the edging. Promised to come back to me the next day with a plan, now 6 Feb nothing. I left a complaint ton the BWH website and as can be expected NOTHING happened.
