Bad service from Builders Warehouse

I have spent a lot of money at builders warehouse and enjoy going to the store. Rustenburgs Builders Warehouse is disappointing me. I ordered a pendent light which on the site for the RTB store said was one in stock on the 20th of July. On my order history it said it will be delivered on the 24th which it did not and nothing was communicated with me. They cancelled the order and said it will be delivered on the 30th which came and went and still didnt hear anything about it. I have called Builders several times to find out but I dont get called back and nothing gets communicated to me. I found the exact same light on Take a lot that will be delivered within 2-4 days for R660 and no delivery costs. Builders is charging me R849 including delivery which in 7 km away?? When I have purchased items in store and take it to collections all the staff there just stand and sit around, they are rude and nothing gets said to customers that are standing around waiting. Collections at the back is a disgrace and I am very disappointed by Builders.
