Bad Service from Builders warehouse

I sent and email Enquiry to the information services as Builders, I also called in and email Es my quote to an agent on the 7th July and up to now I have not received a call back or a quote. I did get an email from Builders Rivonia saying that they working on it, alas I have not received the quote . I wanted to get Melawood Board to make a desk, eventually I went out and bought the desk. Very disappointed with the customer service from Builders. Will start looking at getting my future wood requirements from other suppliers.
